Course Description
This module explores the widespread issue of boarding and the significant impact it has on older adults. Through the lenses of delirium and immobility, we explore systems level and bedside techniques that can help promote and ensure age-friendly care.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Understand the disparate effects of boarding on elderly patients.
- Describe interventions to mitigate these effects.
